Saudi Arabia offers migrants the second-lowest raw protection and implementation- adjusted protection scores in the database, after Australia. Legal Personhood received full protection in national law. In the Legal Personhood category although a Ministerial Decree that was issued in 2015 prohibit and sanction any practice of passport confiscation by employers, thus protecting migrant workers' rights to possess their own documents, this right is only sometimes implemented....
